1. Gallery Access & Usage

By accessing this gallery, you agree to these terms. This gallery is provided for viewing, proofing, and purchasing professional imagery.


  • Personal Use Only: Any images downloaded (including watermarked previews) are for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • No Alterations: You may not add filters, crop, or otherwise alter the images.
  • Gallery Expiration: This gallery is a delivery tool, not a permanent storage solution. Links may expire after 6 months. Please ensure you download and back up your purchased files immediately.


2. Digital Products (License Grant)

Upon purchase of digital files, Buster Frith Photography grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use License.


  • Permitted Use: Printing for personal display and sharing on personal social media.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not sell, lease, sublicense, or enter images into contests. Commercial or business advertising requires a separate license. For Commercial licensing please reach out to licensing@busterfrith.com
  • Delivery & Refunds: Digital files are delivered via download link. Due to the nature of digital content, all digital sales are final.


3. Physical Prints & Products


  • Color Variations: Please note that due to differences in monitor calibrations, the colors of the physical print may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.  Photos are edited using calibrated monitors to match with the print labs standards.
  • Production Time: Orders are typically processed within a few business days before shipping.
  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item is handed to the shipping provider.


4. Refunds & Returns


  • All sales are final. As digital items are delivered instantly and prints are custom-made to order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges.
  • However, we want you to love your purchase. If you encounter any issues—such as a file error, a print arriving damaged, or a package getting lost—please reach out to us at info@busterfrith.com  We will work with you directly to find a fair solution and resolve the problem.


5. Intellectual Property


  • Buster Frith Photography retains full copyright to all images. Purchase of a print or digital file does not transfer ownership of the copyright.


6. Limitation of Liability


  • Our liability for any order is strictly limited to the purchase price of the items paid by the customer.


Privacy Policy

Buster Frith Photography collects only the necessary information (such as your name and email address) required to provide gallery access and fulfill your orders. We use Pixieset as our third-party hosting and fulfillment provider, and we never sell your personal data to outside parties. By using this gallery, you consent to the use of essential cookies used for features like "Favorites" and shopping cart functionality.
