Digital Image License Agreement


By purchasing and downloading digital images from Buster Frith Photography, you agree to the following terms:


Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for personal use only.


You may:

  • Download and store the image(s) on personal devices
  • Print the image(s) for personal display
  • Share the image(s) on personal social media accounts
  • When sharing online, credit is appreciated but not required:

Restrictions

You may NOT:

Sell, license, redistribute, or give the image(s) to third parties

Use the image(s) for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes

Submit images to publications without written permission

Alter the image(s) beyond basic cropping or remove any watermark

Claim copyright or authorship

All images remain the copyrighted property of Buster Frith Photography, LLC.


Commercial Use

Commercial usage requires a separate written license agreement and prior approval.
